I would like to give special praise to this Atour Hotel, which really gave me the feeling of going home and was as warm as home. When I came to Chengdu this time, the plane was late and I arrived in Chengdu at around 1 a.m. It was already past 2 a.m. when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel front desk called us in advance and politely asked us when we would arrive, because we had just got off the plane and said that we would arrive at around 2 a.m. or 3 a.m., so they kept the room for us and left us a quiet room near the community so that we could have a good rest at night. Because the temperature was a bit low that night, and we were very tired because we were catching the plane, when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff saw that we were very tired, and immediately greeted us with a very warm smile, checked in efficiently and quickly, and also poured us a cup of hot tea to warm us up. Then we went upstairs to the room and found that they had turned on the hot air of the room air conditioner for us in advance, so we lay down on the bed directly at that time. At this moment, I really found that Atour was as warm as home for newcomers. The next morning, I went downstairs to have breakfast and found that the dishes were also very good, with a wide variety of varieties. I ate with peace of mind. Then when I was about to go out, I found that there was a panda wall in the hotel lobby. These panda dolls were so cute, and the price was not expensive. They felt so comfortable to touch. I immediately bought a few pandas to take home. When I checked out in the afternoon, the front desk also gave us a souvenir, saying that it was handmade tea from Atuo Village, the birthplace of Atuo. Their Atuo tea has always been good. I personally prefer their tea. Every time I stay at Atuo, I will ask for a few bags to take home. This night's stay experience allowed me to enjoy high-quality accommodation services, and more importantly, I felt the sincere care and warmth from the hotel staff. These insignificant details have gathered little by little into a powerful force that made me feel at home in Chengdu.
