Had a great experience staying at ibis hotel. The room and facility is great. Even though the staff didn't speak English, they managed to be helpful with everything.

The accommodation is very cute. The owner is very hospitable, has a good personality, gives good advice and helps with everything very well. We don't have a return bus to the train high speed realway station. The owner made a reservation. In the morning, the owner also drives the car to the Jiuzhaigou. On the way back it was very easy with both bus and taxi. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. The room is clean and cute. There is also a ******* costume. The dress came out very cute. You can take pictures at the hotel's restaurant that go well with the outfit. The food is very delicious. Especially the yak hot pot and stir-fried vegetables. If I travel there again, I will definitely stay here again. Very impressed.

Hotel close to main attractions, about 10 min walk to subway. Few minutes walk to Sichuan opera show. Room very clean, and service good. I liked the free laundry room, with separate washing and drying machines so I got all my laundry done. The washing machine has automatic detergent inside it, so you do not need to get any.

Easy to find, prepare the to go breakfast for us. Amenity is a bit out of date, overall is okay okay.

Nice design hotel room. Friendly & helpful staffs. Room got smoke smell, especially the room type without window. Robot delivery for contactless food ordering.

Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Bed is big and comfortable with two different types of pillow (soft and firm) provided. Breakfast has relatively good options to choose from. The hotel also has a free self service laundry room with washer and dryer which is convenient for guests who need to wash their clothes. The hotel also has a cute robot Xiao Yi who delivers items to guest rooms. Location is good as it is about 15 mins walk from tianfu square and 15-20 mins walk from chunxi road. The nearest metro is about 9-10 mins walk. There are also some food options nearby the hotel if you need any food. During the day of my checkout, the staff kindly allowed me to extend my checkout to 2pm. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Very good hotel in the center of Chengdu. Comfortable room with all nessesary amenities, friendly staff, delicious breakfastm

The locations is good and around got quite a lot of restaurant and close to many other sight seeing . Staff are helpful and the room is clean

A normal hotel cover all your basic needs. Room is clean and bed is soft. Make sure to close all the windows to prevent noise as hotel is facing the main road. Metro station is a bit far from hotel, about 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. There are restaurants nearby too . Overall is still comfortable to stay.

Very well located. However, a great improvement could be made in terms of service : some people of the staff are not welcoming and helpful. They don’t understand that you don’t speak Chinese, whereas Ibis Styles is supposed to be an international hotel brand… They are mean to you when not speaking Chinese and don’t want to help you.
