The location of this hotel apartment is so great. Just like 2 mins walk from the mrt exit. The place was surrounded by many local restaurants convenience stores. AND most importantly easy access to all my TAOBAO collection points. The unit was clean and they did daily cleaning too. I would definitely go back here when I visiting Chengdu again! Side Note: Recommend this Hotpot Restaurant (5-10mins walk from this hotel) 曹家巷老火锅 - can use 大众点评 app to take the queue number first and purchase vouchers from there ! 微辣 is the only way to enjoy this if you're from Malaysia / Singapore.

The best thing about the hotel is the comfy bed and location. We were disappointed that the photos on the listing are for the main floor of the hotel which are much nicer. We were put on the floor below which is mainly a building site and where tour groups meet at 6.30am shouting and smoking whilst eating dim sum and coffee. This woke us on two of the three mornings we stayed here. If you stay here make sure you request to be put in the rooms that are advertised. They are photo shopped, there is no view like the ones in the pictures, all we could see was a wall out of our window and the concrete entranceway. The decor of the rooms below is like school furniture. Looked cheap and nasty unlike the photos of the rooms. We stayed in the same chain in Xi’an and it was lovely, just like the photos so be warned. We didnt know until our last day when we asked to use the laundry and found the nice rooms were on the 3rd floor!

We are very grateful that we chose this hotel as our place to stay in Chengdu. Though the lobby seems so-so (since the hotel is inside a student dorm building), but the room itself is very comfortable, and very clean. We also get a room upgrade. For its price, the price-per-performance ratio is very high. We are very satisfied.
