Family-friendly Hotels in Chengdu

We had a fantastic time staying at the hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was so tasty, and the staff was kind and helpful, especially Mira at the front desk! Will highly recommend it to families.

We had the suite including the package for high tea and breakfast in the executive lounge, which we found absolutely worth the price Nice and helpful staff, at the front desk as well as shoe cleaning, in room dining, room cleaners.... Very good customer experience. The room was exceptionally clean and also looked after by the staff a few times during the day. Also the pool area was very clean and enjoyable, we just missed a steam room and a sauna.

We were so glad we booked Grand Hyatt for our 6 nights stay in Chengdu! The employees were super hospitable, kind and knowledgeable. We enjoyed all the food recommendations by the front office team! They also went above and beyond to provide assistance for rectifying the accommodation challenges we faced for Chong Qing as we were unable to get through to the hotel without a local mobile number. The housekeeping employees had us impressed with the protectiveness in anticipating our needs (For eg, putting enough water for our 7 days stay in the hotel). City Room view okay acceptable, did not manage to get a room to face the bridge direction which might be better to see the river lights. Veey close to the Ansung bridge and have a family mart downstairs which is convenient to get snacks and drinks. Heard take 9 mins walking fo MRT station line 2, next time will try walking. This trip is business so got no time to try the swimming pool. Only manage to walk to back lanes and found local foods and is delicious and good price.

From the outstanding service to the thoughtful complimentary amenities and prime location, every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. Good hotel at a good location. Only thing i didn't like is hard to communicate with staff. Also, when I asked for water, the security guard didn't even bother to hear what I had to say, and then brushed me to the reception. Then, after informing the same thing, the reception walked to where the concerige was and ask the guard to pass us the water. Could have been solved quickly if he had listened..

Wonderful experience while staying with my family for two nights in Jinjiang hotel. Service is good and friendly for foreigners. Limitations are food choices for vegetarian people.

Me with my family visited sheraton hotel a week ago and were very pleased with Shirly hospitality. Given us no room for complaints. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was brought to our room. And we received complimentary fruit. My sister was very pleased with the room's interior design and has decided to come here next year as well for a vacation. The recreational facilities at the hotel did not let us be bored, and enjoyed it very much as well. We had a great time till our stay lasted. The hotel has a good environment and a strategic location in Chengdu. The front desk staff, Kelly, is always warm and considerate. The room cleaning is very timely and efficient. The staff is dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, thinking of the guests. There is a swimming pool, gym on the 3rd floor, and I am very satisfied with my stay. Staying at this hotel makes me feel at home! The beds are comfortable, the amenities are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.
