The hotel was really lovely, especially the location was top class being close to the river and to the palace as well as the city centre. The staff was really helpful and friendly as well. As for the room it was spotless and even though we got given a smoking room it didn't smell. All in all pleasant experience.

每次來承德都住這裏，這次非常差，房間馬桶是堵的，幸好入住時就發現了。
這次住明顯比之前幾次住的體驗感差好多，房間裏被褥上發現一衹蜘蛛。衞生間死角多，臟。手紙不是一客一換，沒有補發，用之前客人剩下的。
團隊很多，早餐混亂。
