It's very close to the Chengde South Station, which is handy for high speed trains - though is a bus ride or taxi ride away from downtown Chengde and the Mountain Resort area. (Bus 29 takes you down there, but takes a while). Breakfast was good, and there are snacks in reception wheel you come back. The restaurant is only open in the morning - no bar/other facilities, but there are places to eat/shop nearby, though the area feels very new and developing. It was a great choice for me as I came in and out of Chengde South Station and I used the hotel as my base.

The room was very clean, there was no smell, the facilities were fully automated, and the hotel did not have an elevator. The total height is five floors. The luggage front desk staff took it up. After checking in, I would take the initiative to ask if our room was abnormal. To be honest, I have stayed in the hotel for so many times. The first time I checked in, I would ask if there was any problem. It was very good. It seems that they are also very attentive to serve every customer. I found a little flaw after going out to eat. I contacted the hotel staff and came over in two minutes to solve it. I saw their guilt from their look. I may also feel that the guests should not be allowed to live with defects. After the solution, I was very enthusiastic to send us two bottles of water. I am so happy. This is the happiest time I have stayed in the hotel so many times. Everyone inside, including the cleaning staff, is very good. At first glance, they have been professionally trained. It is very good. I will stay at their home next time. It is highly recommended.
