房間很差，房型布制怪異，電視和床平行，衣櫃直接頂在浴室門口。酒店整體就是三線城市老賓館修理一下門面，不知道那麼多好評是怎麼來的。
服務很差，前台入住的時候要注意，不起眼的一側有個小牌子，上面寫着：默認客人不需要清潔服務，所以，如需更換浴巾和打算房間，請在前台特別提出。這個感覺是有點隱形消費陷阱。然後我要了清潔服務，第二天早上保潔八點半就來敲門，無語。
前台態度也很一般，你不提出，不會主動給你城市圖，介紹周邊什麼的，
總之，非常失望，不會再去了。
城市本身不錯，周邊環境很好，小動物園逛逛很舒服，食物也好吃。

Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen fand ich super und das Frühstücksbuffet war eine Augenweide. Es war einfach für jeden was passendes dabei. Die Lage ist von der Innenstadt ein wenig entfernt, dafür aber schön ruhig. Danke an das Tolle Team für due Gastfreundschaft.

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und benötigen dringend eine Renovierung.
Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht herunterstellen . Ich habe mehrmals gebeten jemanden von der Haustechnik zu schicken um die Klimaanlage runterzuregulieren. Ohne Erfolg. Daher war es sehr heiß im Zimmer und an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken.Fruhstück war Klasse und das Personal sehr freundlich. Duschvorhang im Badezimmer nicht mehr Zeitgemäß

Die Zimmer zur Parkseite sind sehr schön mit Blick über die Stadt. Leider sind die Nebenkosten (Parken / Frühstück) sehr hoch und Zimmerservice gab es nicht.

Chemnitz
5 Tage Aufenthalt in einer Suite. Habe eine Kaffeemaschine oder Teekocher vermisst. Meine Suite war schon ziemlich abgewohnt und müsste renoviert werden. Vor allem muss die Dachterasse gereinigt werden und die Brüstungsgelände brauche mal neue Farbe, die rosten schon ein paar Jahre vor sich hin.
