Luxurious, period accommodation in a central location, with parking nearby. We stayed in one of the mezzanine rooms and it was beautiful. The booking service was efficient and helpful too. Great place to stay - would thoroughly recommend!

First time staying in an un manned hotel. Before arrival all communication was speedy and helpful. A code was provided after on line check in for the key pads on the very handy car park, front door, and room. An easy system. The Crescent is well situated, just a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and theatre of Cheltenham. Ideal location for a city break. Our room was warm, well decorated and equipped and the bathroom excellent. Great water pressure in the luxurious shower! There were QR codes on all the high quality appliances that took you to their instructions. A well designed lay out of room with a kitchen area, table and chair and comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment was in such a great location, central to everything. It was a lovely apartment, very comfortable with everything you needed. There was no lift access, which was fine for us, but some people may struggle with all the stairs if staying on the top floor. A bonus was having a parking space.

Crescent Place is a gem! Brilliant location, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. For parkrun fans the Cheltenham event is a brisk walk or jog away. The room is beautiful furnished, with a very comfortable bed, and a small kitchen area. Lovely powerful shower too. A faultless place to stay, will definitely return.

Right in the centre of Cheltenham, very comfortable bed, under floor heating in the bathroom was a treat. Check in and out was easy, will definitely stay again. Room 13 right at the top of the building was small but more than adequate, you have to be able to manage quite a few stairs and navigate (well signposted) corridors.

My 2 night stay at The Crescent was fantastic. I had the best nights sleep I have had in a very long time the bed was so comfortable. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a treat for my feet, shower pressure was great, lovely dressing area and a great work space when I needed it. The tea selection was a lovely touch as was the coffee machine. The attention to detail and high quality finish stood out and I would love to go back again. Thank you!

Enjoyable stay, we stayed in a standard room. It was comfortable and quiet and reasonably priced. Parking opposite was very convenient. Alayna was very helpful in organising an early check in for us and even left a lovely note and bottle of fizz in the room as she knew it was my birthday. I’d highly recommend staying here.
