Très bon emplacement au cœur de la médina, facile d'accès, personnel aux petits soins, petit déjeuner très satisfaisant, pris sur la terrasse, qui surplombe la médina. Mohamed vous indiquera les choses à faire dans la région, les bonnes adresses et les bons plans! Très belle expérience, à renouveler bien sûr !

Very kind staff. Couscous really knows how to run the hotel, making sure all the tasks getting done. She is the boss of Aziz and Omar but those 2 need no boss, they are the boss. The canadian girl knows how to make the best tea for the beautiful rooftop. Kind people, Nice place in the medina. Would recommand.

Je ne peux que rejoindre les avis précédents (depuis 2016 apparemment !) notamment concernant la température d'un très mince filet d'eau même pas tiède. A ce reproche laissé sur AirBnb voici ce qu'il m'a été répondu par Simo le responsable : "...salut daniel nous avons toujours de l'eau chaude dans la maison et je ne sais pas pourquoi les français en général ont toujours cette mentalité de parler de m...e comme ça..." L'emplacement en plein cœur de la médina est très pratique. Le personnel (très décontracté) est agréable mais pas très efficace (mobiles oblige...) : à notre arrivée vers 17 heures on nous a proposé un thé sur la terrasse qu'il nous a fallu descendre réclamer après une longue attente. (Belle) Terrasse sur laquelle les tables n'étaient pas propres dont une pas débarrassée des restes du petit déjeuner du matin de 2 personnes (dont l'omelette, effectivement pas terrible comme on pourra s'en apercevoir le lendemain matin). Bref inutile de s'étendre sur les autres griefs que l'on pourrait faire sur cet établissement. Cela dit, Chefchaouen est vraiment la Reine des Médinas des Cités Impériales.

Excellente expérience ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l’hôtel Chams. Le personnel est formidable, souriant, très polis et au petit soin en particulier Mohamed qui nous a très bien accueilli, si vous venez dans cette hôtel n’hésitez pas a lui demander de vous conseiller sur les points d’interêt de Chefchaouen, il est de très bon conseil ! Merci beaucoup !! L’hôtel est très charmant et traditionnel, il y a une vue incroyable sur la retrace, je recommande les yeux fermés !
