Aucun respect vers les clients de la part de l’agent de sécurité à la porte ,la boîte de nuit est ouverte mais le mec de la sécurité a décidé de ne me laisser pas rentrer sans avoir aucune raison juste car il veut faire le patron ….vraiment très bizarre, j’ai rentré dans des boîtes de nuit partout au Maroc ou ailleurs et je n’ai jamais vu une façon de parler comme ici

Je kan je auto voor de deur parkeren, omdat ze een eigen kleine parkeerplaats hebben. Vervolgens kan je een taxi naar de medina pakken, of 38 minuten lopen. Aan de overkant van de straat heb je een mooi uitzicht op de stad zoals in de foto te zien is. De receptioniste was eerlijk dat er muziek gedraaid zou worden in het hotel tot 1:30. Dan is er in de ‘kelder’ van het hotel een soort nachtclub. Ikzelf had daar geen probleem mee. Op muziek lekker in slaap gevallen;-) De badkamerdeur sloot niet en de balkondeur ook niet. Maar we wilden het balkon ook niet op. Het is achterstallig in onderhoud, maar het was schoon. We hebben hier niet gegeten. We kregen mee dat het wel kon, maar dan moest je een seintje geven zodat ze iemand konden halen. We hebben in de medina gegeten en aangezien we de volgende ochtend vroeg weg gingen hebben we onderweg ontbijt gepakt. Kortom, net aan een voldoende vanwege parkeergelegenheid en een slaapplek te hebben gehad.

Franchement un hôtel a fuir très sale on entend la boîte de nuit du bas toilette très très sales l'homme qui nous a accueilli très désagréable et pas du tout poli il devrait le fermer définitivement mauvaise expérience ils nous ont dégoûtée de notre séjour

We took a taxi to hotel chaouen which is on a hill overlooking the town of Chefchaoen It’s probably a couple of miles up the hill so a taxi is required. Very nice young lady at reception lead us to the bar area again another very nice lady served us some bottled beer Which was approximately €5 per bottle, we got some lovely tapas and snacks for free. We stayed for three drinks and returned to Chefchaoen by just waiting for a taxi outside. They seem to come along quite regularly but the receptionist also offered to call one for us, so you wouldn’t be stuck either way, lovely views from outside

Hotel correspondente a um 2 estrelas com excelente ar condicionado, camas confortáveis e um duche muito bom. Pequeno almoço apenas razoável. Limpeza razoável. Sem comodidades. Barulho insuportável vindo de outros quartos e da discoteca. Não será para repetir

It's extremely horrible Very hi music sounds during night coming from a night club in the hotel, and even when we tried to go there because we will not sleep in noise any way ,it was like war inside that place , rooms you can hear your neighbours, No breakfast in the morning I really advise you to not go there

Hôtel à fuir, qui est en réalité plus un club où se rencontrent alcooliques et *********** jusqu’au petit matin. Du coup, si vous y allez, sachez juste que vous ne pourrez pas dormir (tapage de musique et bagarres jusqu’à 2h du matin), que pas grand chose ne fonctionne (clim, wi-fi, lumières, douche, wc…), que le ménage est quasi inexistant (chambre, draps, salle de bains…), qu’il n’y a rien à attendre (améliorations ou remboursement) de la part du personnel qui est dépassé et incompétent. Voilà, après ils ne sont pas méchants, mais ce qui n’est pas correct c’est qu’ils vendent des prestations qui n’existent pas. De la même façon, n’attendez rien du pdj.

En general es un hotel desaconsejable, habitación sucia, baño sucio y la ducha no funciona además el olor de la humedad en toda la habitación. Las camas eran un desastre y todo era de muy baja calidad, la verdad no se porque y como tiene 3 estrellas
