Cet endroit est un véritable bijou! Les logements et le cadre sont magnifiques et le service est tout simplement parfait. Le personnel est très chaleureux et amical, nous prodiguant de très bons conseils pour explorer les environs au mieux.. Le restaurant est également un plus et propose une carte variée.

Beautifully curated natural space. We very much enjoyed the few days we stopped by. My mother and I loved the herb gardens and the peaceful afternoon we spent relaxing listening to the water and chatting by stream/ spring that ran on the land. The staff were charming, helpful and friendly making it feel like a family ran place. Yassin was a firm favourite with my mother & I. Our hike with ocal guide Mustapher is well recommended,

Nous étions 9 personnes venues d'Espagne, Anglais, Danois, américain...La veille nous avons appelé pour réserver et commander tangia qui nécessite 6 heures de cuisson. Leur réponse était qu'il n'y avait pas de tangia, mais que la carte est riche. Le lendemain la carte était réduite au minimum, pas d'agneau, pas de boeuf, pas de salade. Seulement chèvre et poulet. Service horrible, une seule personne pour faire le service. J'ai attendu 1 heure pour avoir un thé. Une amie a commandé un plat, servi froid, elle le refuse, il l'emballe pour qu'elle le remporte. Elle refuse, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir et l'ont facturé. Repas horrible, carte réduite au minimum et service non professionnel. A éviter absolument. Bad expérience. Simón

What a gem!! We stayed at the Ermitage during our multi-day trek through the gorgeous Talassemtane NP with its endemic fir trees and cedars of the Atlas. Our stay at the Ermitage ecolodge was by far the most luxurious of the region. From its super comfortable and tastefully decorated chalets, large shower, fire at night, lots of lounge areas in the beautiful garden from their own turquoise rock pool we really found ourselves in a little paradise. Lots of birds around. The onsite restaurant serves delicious tajines, local starters (the warm local goat cheese with honey and nuts was a killer!) in a warm setting. We took the delicious and bountiful breakfast outside on the terrace overlooking the mountains. The staff was most welcoming and some spoke French and some spoke English. Would definition highly recommend a few days here to hike around to the waterfall (we saw monkeys along the trail), God’s bridge and just chill out.

Magnifique Endroit. Un vrai havre de paix. Personnel très accueillant et gentil. On mange bien dans le restaurant. Oui le parking n'est pas inclut et c'est en plus le parking du site touristique, mais c'est rien 3 euro 24h comparé au prix des chambres, pourquoi râler !! Je recommande.

tout était très bien passé! un très bon service et bon rapport qualité prix tout le staff était à la hauteur! le petit déjeuner en buffet était copieux et généreux! je reviendrais avec les yeux fermés pour une autre expérience à cet havre de paix

It was a great place in the nature The views were astonishing ,and the quiet in the place, make you here the water took when it is dropped from the mountain to the valley, and the sound of the birds Make you fly to the sky, only problem and challenging the same time the way to the place thank you very much .

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The description mentioned WiFi, but there was no WiFi available everywhere in the hotel. They also claimed to have parking, but in reality, they only offer a pick-up service from a public parking lot that is 30 MAD a day. Unfortunately, when we tried to use this service, no one answered our calls, and we had to walk over 1 km to reach the hotel.
Additionally, the suite was advertised as having two twin beds, but they were actually sofa beds. So, you either get sofa beds or a living room—not both as expected. Overall, the experience did not live up to what was promised.
