Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked great. One light in bathroom was burned out, but no big deal, it was just an overnight stay. Had a full tasty breakfast. Had amenities close by. Logan's steakhouse, China buffet, and Walmart across the street. Cracker Barrell and Waffle House right around the corner. 10 minutes from downtown and other attractions. Friendly staff, would stay again.

Bed Bugs found in friend’s room after they checked in. They were offered a full refund. Once he texted me and sent photos, we also asked for a refund before checking in, but since we hadn’t checked in yet, we were denied any refund. There was no way that I was going inside the hotel.

The place was ok, front desk lady was nice enough. The AC in the room was loud. I didnt sleep much. Breakfast area was ok. We found parking space for our truck and it was close to the highway. Will i stay there again and refer my friends? Probably not

This hotel is aging, but much nicer than the prices suggest. There were stains on the hall carpet (but people are slobs and may have dumped their cokes yesterday) and some maintenance issues like the broken USB ports on one bedside table. The AC in our room (and the two others we were allowed to check) were quite loud and rattley. But I still had the best night of sleep I've had in months. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. Breakfast included hot options. The location was excellent for the things we were visiting (Racoon Mountain cavern and the Incline Railway). Adjust your expectations for the price point and be pleasantly surprised.

Receptionist Kenneth, was soooo slow it took over 30 minutes to check in. Room was adequate; breakfast attendants didn’t pay attention to customers’ needs: ran out of coffee, sausage, eggs, and utensils. Parking lot was clean and attendant picking up any trash

The hotel was decent. The staff is good kind attentive breakfast could be better and carpets need to be changed out. It has not been newly renovated as it states, but is an OK shape new owners recently and they are putting in work to make it better.

Positive: have to say, this was one of the most comfortable mattresses i have ever slept on. Sheets clean. Roomclean. Negative: coffee maker in room broken Phone broken. Many shower tiles broken and badly repaired with way too much caulk. Hallway carpets worn and filthy. Couple we were traveling with had roaches in room and had to be moved. Another couple, though, said their room looked recently remodeled and was fabulous.

I can not recommend this hotel. The place was filthy. The carpet in the ***** areas and the room were terribly stained and soiled. The room had a horrid smell to it. Save your money, stay elsewhere.
