Everyone was great. Rooms were huge. Joint rooms were perfect for traveling with kids. Indoor pool was awesome for kids burning off energy before bed. It’s not a new hotel so aging. But great value, clean and great location A+

We were locked INSIDE our room by a failed door handle mechanism. When I tried to call front desk for help, discovered neither phone in room worked. Finally got out and the gave us a different room, but we had to repack all our stuff to move. Neither our first nor our second rooms were very clean. Next morning they told us to get a refund we had to go through the company we rented the room through. That took several tries over two days for them to call hotel manager, but the did eventually a third back of what we paid.

From the moment we checked in we could tell this place wasn't kept up at all. The carpeting is filthy by the elevator on the lobby level and 2nd floor. The shower had mold in it. The room smelled strongly of lysol or some other disinfectant when we opened the door. If it wasn't so late at night, we would have checked out and found a different hotel to stay at. Our room faced the street and there were very bright lights from down the street that beamed on to the face of the building. Because the curtains couldn't close all the way, we had light in the room all night. This was such a surprise because we had just spent 3 nights in another Country Inn and Suites in Cumming GA and that place was spectacular!!

No sleep at All
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable there was an outside spot light shinning in our room all night it was lite up like a football field. We closed the curtains but the outside light was so bright it lite up the whole room

Don’t Stay Here!
I have never left a negative review on a hotel stay. This hotel was terrible. The guy who checked me in had no idea what he was doing. He charged my two credit cards 3 times. They were approved on the credit card machine but he stated it was declined on his end. After the back and forth the card was approved. He gave me my room key and I went to my room. I opened the door and the desk chair was torn up. There was a red recliner that was stained and the windows were filthy and had a wasp nest in side the window. I went down and asked for a different room. I was given a new room. It was a little better than the first one. The bathroom had mold in the shower and on the ceiling. There was trash in the hallways and all over the outside of the building. I would never stay here again.
