The environment is so-so, but still clean. In addition, it is not far from shopping malls and places to eat. traffic location is quite convenient.

Room smelled odd and housekeeping entered our room a half hour prior to checkout time while we were getting ready to leave and I was naked, having just showered. She was apologetic but the front desk didn't seem to care all that much. They didn't offer much more than "what room were you in?" Like I remembered with that trauma?? Could have been handled much better. They didn't offer any concession for the damage they caused me.

A nice clean room that was pretty quiet and I slept well. The staff was very friendly and welcomed me to town. Hotel is about 1/2 mile from I-24 and very easy to find. No loud traffic noise. As an older person really appreciate the slightly taller toilet. The only thing I think should be added to just about all hotel rooms is a real grab bar in the shower. The standard one down low in the shower is not really sufficient.

Check in was great. Overall the room was comfortable. They only set aside a few rooms for pets and as always it's best to message ahead of time. Reason for low score is because of late commers checking in and noisy patrons but you get this with the price point.
