Staff are very nice. Do not stay inward room with connected door to next room. It's loud and uncomfortable. The rooms without that connected room are much quieter.

This was without a doubt the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. When we arrived at the hotel the first thing my wife said was "Please don't let this be the place we chose". Unfortunately by the time we arrived the reservation could not be cancelled as I would have rather saved my money and slept in my car. Where to begin? The room itself was incredibly filthy with dirt and garbage all over the floor, the shower was filled with previous guests' hair, the sheets were stained, and when it came right down to it we did not even want to take our shoes off let alone any other clothes. Our room was on the second floor and we were not informed of an elevator so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. The neighborhood itself was pretty scary and we were nervous that our car would be broken into, and the flimsy safety chain on the hotel room did not give us much comfort. Don't be fooled by the photos the hotel has posted on this site. They certainly do not represent the room we stayed in. When checking out I mentioned our displeasure to the desk clerk who, as it turned out, was the manager on duty. The only thing she had to say was "I'm so sorry". I think I'll avoid Best Western from here on out.

Filthy room. Just so unacceptable this is a Best Western! We were exhausted from driving and did not notice just how bad this place was until we got up in the morning and started to get ready. The carpet hasn't been vacuumed in a long time. Bathroom floor corners filthy. The molding was covered in dust. Not surprising the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. Light bulbs above vanity were out. Wi-Fi slow and booted out. TV signal kept being lost. Shall I go on? The bathroom vent and shower head were filthy. The window was filthy. Front door was filthy. A/C unit sounded like the 4 of July. TV remote features didn't work. Even the ironing board cover was hanging off the board LOL! The photos on their website is nothing like what our room was like and strangely on some websites they have good reviews. Something is very wrong and we got burned.

Overall, a terrible experience. We arrived at the motel and we checked in. We got to our room and the soaking tub was full of some kind of white and black debris. Cleaned it out refilled. It was still full of debris. We were going to overlook that, but then we go to get into the bed and there’s ants on the bed. The sheets are terribly stained, and there is some kind of black debris all over the sheets. Then the front desk employee had nothing but attitude. They refused to issue a refund or discount. Instead they gave us another room with the same exact problems.

Have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here on our journeys to visit family. The staff has always been courteous and friendly. Our room was adequate size with a microwave and refrigerator. The restaurant, being attached to the hotel, is very convenient. The food is good and we have had several different things on their menu. Always a plus when you arrive later and don't want to go out again. A bonus is the discount you get from the restaurant for staying in the hotel!

I selected this hotel for a quick overnight stay while traveling home from Christmas with family. This is an older hotel just off the interstate highway with clean room and comfortable beds. There is a restaurant attached that opens at 7am, but I did not try it. This is a good stay if you just need a break and nap before restarting your trip.

Chose this place based on location and price. Don't expect a classy venue. The room was clean enough and in fairly decent condition. Comfortable bed, quiet HVAC. Our room was on the side of a main highway, so there was road noise. Friendly staff.

Given the cost of a room nightly ($62) I don't think you have much to complain about. I mean you get what you pay for I had a comfortable bed, and a great shower. The room was somewhat drabby looking but hey ...anyway, there was a great place to eat on Property. The City Cafe. Open from 0700 AM to 1230 AM. Excellent food, good prices. Hotel did not have Ice Machines. It had a cooler in the lobby but the ice was always (except once) melted.

Check in was a breeze, no hassle. Needed extra care in parking and the night clerk was awesome! The room was nice, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times and will do so again. This hotel has a restaurant connected and is very good. Try it!
