服務：酒店內員工全程英語交流無壓力，見到你也會禮貌打個招呼，下午到達酒店後出門一趟，回來還有夜床服務，很貼心
設施：有健身房、桌球室、室外以及屋頂酒吧，早餐味道還可以，品類豐富
環境：距離馬特洪峯火車站和采爾馬特火車站3分鐘步行距離，在主街上附近有很多商店可以逛

酒店位置很好在小鎮中心，房間也很棒，早餐豐富，衞生乾淨，前台服務很友好。唯一搞笑的是，事先看了攜程上其他自駕客的點評消息，説酒店離火車站150米，又説車可停火車站的停車場，誤解為停好車帶着行李就走到酒店。實際是，停車的火車站是到小鎮去的擺渡火車的總站（Terminal），買票坐擺渡火車到采爾馬特站下來150米。小鎮是無車鎮（當地人和的士除外），且小鎮沒有不準🚫進鎮或鎮界（也許是現在進鎮的界口在施工），我們就直徑開進了小鎮😂，好在當地人很友好知道我們誤入,看到怕我們被警察抓（罰100法郎），很着急地讓我們趕緊掉頭離開，後來通過翻譯機（我們是英語也就懂幾個單詞的長者）在當地人的指點下才順利停車。希望這條對後面要去的自駕朋友有用。

Booked a large room for two people, but the hotel provided two large beds. The view was amazing. The room was very large. It was less than a 5-minute walk from the train station. The bathtub was also very large. The staff provided good service and were smiling.

We booked a room with a view of the Matterhorn. The room was small but cozy. The location was great, not far from the train station, and very convenient for shopping and dining! The most cost-effective hotel in Zermatt!
