Le décor de l'hôtel m'a beaucoup plu. Ma chambre était spacieuse, calme, avec un petit balcon. A disposition des clients une piscine, un spa à bulles, un sauna et un hammam, de 16 heures à 20 heures. Vraiment très agréable et tout pour faire plaisir ! Le petit déjeuner est très complet et de qualité. J'aurai plaisir à revenir. Le prix du petit déjeuner m'a un peu surpris mais cela s'explique par les soins apportés à sa réalisation.

Séjour toujours très agréable dans un hôtel où le personnel est aux petits soins. Agrémentez le séjour par un massage extra-ordinaire et on a la combinaison parfaite pour un séjour particulièrement réussi.

This review covers just the restaurant as we were not staying at the hotel. The initial service was good as we arrived at 7pm and were one of only two tables in the restaurant being served. The food was great and the service was prompt. However, as the restaurant began to fill up, our waiter seemed to abandon us in favour of serving all the other tables instead. Having finished our main courses at around 8pm, our plates were never cleared before we decided to leave at after 8.30pm. The extraordinary thing was that the waiter was seating other diners, taking their orders, serving their meals and clearing their plates while walking past our table where it was obvious we had finished our meal and were ready for the next course. It was almost that, after having served us the main course, his job was done, or that he deliberately ignored us. The terrible service ruined what had initially seemed was going to be a lovely meal and evening. If the Hotel Macchi really wants to maintain its reputation as a luxury hotel-spa and restaurant, it should train its staff better.

Appréciant Châtel depuis longtemps, je me rends dans cet hôtel depuis de nombreuses années. Une constante : la qualité de l'infrastructure et la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Pianiste, j'apprécie an plus la disponibilité d'un piano à queue dans le bar. Etablissement à conseiller sans hésitation. A bientôt !!

Bel hôtel confortable et beaux équipements, parking, bien situé près de tous les commerces et restaurants. Personnel souriant et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, qui nous a été présenté en détail. Produits frais, maison pour beaucoup, pain maison, produits du coin. Chambre bien équipée et chaleureuse et beau balcon fleuri. On recommande !

Cadre chaleureux avec décoration en bois massif qui apporte chaleur et réconfort. Nous n'avons pris que le petit-déjeuner mai ce dernier était de grande qualité favorisant les fabrications de l'hôtel ainsi que les produits locaux.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. L'hôtel était parfait. A proximité de la ville et des pistes ou secteurs de randonnées en été. Mairie, église, la poste, office du tourisme, et accès au bus, très proches. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, réactif et très aimable. La chambre impeccable. Le petit déjeuner abondant et bien diversifié. Le diner avec plats locaux proposés (berthoud, fondue).
