DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in Charleston

Not bad. Airport shuttle was on time. No porters available at this hotel. My husband had to push the trolley with all our suitcases himself. Terrible. Really poor not having the staff to assist. Would the hotel have allowed a single woman to push this trolley by herself? Standard room and toiletries. Large bathroom. Room was clean and the receptionist and restaurant staff were friendly. Do better with having a porter.

For a two day stay the hotel was very accommodating. Helpful front desk, rooms were large and comfortable with fridge and microwave. Quiet and slept well. Dozens of choices for food, all walking distance. Good choice!

Great place! Very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice! The room was clean and was stocked with everything! Our room even had a Keurig  and a microwave plus a mini fridge. We had the top floor and the corner room which we have never had before but the view was amazing!

the bathtub was so slow to drain that even the quickest of showers warranted standing water above the ankle. also room service failed to do their job on one of the days. we were able to get clean towels from the desk, without the offer of having the room cleaned / tidied up.
