Ótimo hotel, bem localizado, ótimo café da manhã! Estacionamento gratuito.

Great hotel, well located, great breakfast! Free parking.

Localização próxima ao aeroporto, disponibilidade de jantar e ótimo atendimento, destaque para a Kelly, sempre muito simpática e comunicativa.  Para o mês de junho, um “mimo” na recepção com quitutes da festa junina!  Os quartos são padrões da rede.

Only one official at the check in at 16:30, caused a giant row. 
The breakfast room was only one of the staff members who had to repair the items while cleaning the tables, which is indecent and constraints the customers. For all tables being dirty I had no place to sit and the only place with space the guest wanted to stop me claiming to be the reserved space.
It is correct to administer science and provision that one official should be available for replacement and another for cleaning.

The hotel in Chapeco was a normal option for a short stop. I was traveling here and planned to just stay and rest. The hotel coped with this task – comfortable bed, quiet environment and all the necessary facilities were available. In general, this hotel is suitable for those looking for a short-term stop and rest.
