Around 5 mins taxi to the entrance of ancient city, great view, excellent room design, particularly like the bathroom design! Exceptionally comprehensive gym equipment, neat and stylish gym environment. Helpful staff who helped to arrange taxi and recommend restaurant. Major complaint was cleaning staff entering my room after I left the hotel despite my Do Not Disturb light was on. I was sure it was on because it is my usual practise, and I double-checked it that morning when I left the hotel. And the room service (which I did not expect) was chaotic. Used towels and bath rope were taken without replacement, and unused towels were somehow rearranged. Filled up some disposable utensils but were not tidily placed e.g. the slippers looked like being casually tossed around on the floor. Instantly realized someone had entered my room when I arrived at my room door that evening as I could see the DND light was turned off. Hotel explained that the cleaning staff was unaware of the DND light. How ridiculous! It was deliberately turned off. Worse, how the hotel tried to keep the hassle low key by offering me free bfast or something was disappointing. I don't think the hotel had geniuely tried to understand how I see it as an intrusion, and how unacceptable that was to me. I did not feel safe when I found out someone entered my room against my will. Probably won't visit Chaozhou again and prefer not to stay with Crowne again.

The room is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is timely. The stay is very comfortable, not far from the ancient city, and you can go to see the light show of Guangji Tower and Guangji Bridge at night when you are on a business trip.

Atour Hotel is really good! The environment is pleasant and the rooms are clean and warm. The service is first-class and the response is quick. The facilities are complete and advanced, giving people an excellent experience. I give a good review without hesitation and it is worth recommending!

Location: Downstairs is the Archway Street, opposite is Kaiyuan Temple, 10 minutes to Guangji Tower. Environment: Very quiet. Service: The staff is warm and polite. You can consult shopping, itineraries, food, etc. after adding WeChat. Since it is not the peak season, the clerk also upgraded my room, thank you very much. The breakfast coupon is at the Kueh Teow shop next door, and the taste is good. I have to mention the French fries delivered by the bar on the 3rd floor in the evening, which are delicious. I was already full, but I couldn't help eating a lot.

The reception service at the front desk was very attentive and thoughtful, and I highly recommend it! The hotel has an excellent location in the ancient city, the room is spacious, the details are thoughtful, and souvenirs were prepared before leaving.

Xiaoding at the front desk personally took us to the room and the service was very attentive. Since we needed to wash clothes at night, we asked the hotel to provide more hangers, and the waiter Xiao Rong quickly delivered them personally. Overall, the hotel's environment, facilities, hygiene and services are excellent. We stayed two nights and the whole experience was pleasant.

The decoration of the hotel is very distinctive, the boss is very caring, gave the recommended food, drink and fun nearby, go out is the snack street, the location is still very convenient.

A very good hotel experience. When I placed the order, I saw that it was a new hotel + White Swan Hotel Management, so I immediately placed the order. It was my first time to Chaozhou and I didn’t know the location. In fact, the hotel was not located near the scenic spot. It cost more than 20 yuan to take a taxi to Pai Fang Street, but this was not included. What shortcomings? Hygiene: I believe White Swan's management is in place. I didn't even lay out sheets or toilet mats. I also used a big towel to wipe myself when taking a shower, and the kettle was plugged in to boil water. Bathroom: The toilet is the same as other White Swan hotels. Toiletries: A set of children's toiletries are given as a gift, which is very considerate. Two pairs of slippers are children's models and the quality is also very good. The room has no smell and no mosquitoes, which is great. Lobby service: There is a tea table with self-service tea, cookies, etc. Breakfast: Very good, with many varieties and good quality. Must eat! Disadvantages: The lighting in the room is not enough, there is no view outside the window, and the TV channels are charged.
