Chaoshan is a culinary paradise, and its reputation certainly drew us in. It truly lived up to the hype. Traveling from Shantou to Chaozhou, we once again opted for Atour, thanks to its convenient location near the ancient city. After a late night out exploring, we came back to the hotel tired and famished. The complimentary late-night supper was a real highlight for us. There were quite a few guests enjoying the meal, and the staff diligently kept the delicious food replenished. The spread included millet and plain congee, various side dishes, steamed buns, and a wide assortment of bread – my daughter especially loved it. A good meal definitely ensures a good night's sleep. As expected from a reliable chain hotel, the consistency was evident: the environment was great, it was spotlessly clean, the accommodation was comfortable, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. Overall, a truly excellent experience!

We went on a family trip and looked around for hotels for a long time before deciding to book this one. We saw some negative reviews in the comments section, but upon arrival, we were impressed by the staff's excellent service. It's a new hotel with new facilities and equipment. The quilt contains Xinjiang cotton seeds and is very comfortable, unlike ordinary quilts. The staff also helped with the laundry, disinfection, and drying process. The room was also very clean and quite large, which the children loved. The breakfast was also very rich. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel that I could get 6 bottles of water in one room, which was very friendly for people like us who drink a lot of water. If it's not enough, you can get more at the table in the corridor. Haha, the overall experience was really great. It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit! 😏

Atour is always our first choice for every trip. The ambiance, cleanliness, and service quality are all consistently top-notch. We were two families traveling together, and the thoughtful front desk staff arranged our rooms on the same floor and even upgraded our room types. The family room with a king-size bed was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for our child to play. The bathroom was also very generously sized. It was very quiet with excellent soundproofing, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A member of our family suffers from severe rhinitis, and the front desk thoughtfully provided an air purifier. The front desk staff also gave us great recommendations for local restaurants – truly authentic, long-standing establishments favored by locals.

First time to Chaoshan. 5.4 checked into Chaozhou Huaxhui Hotel, and was surprised by the result. Why was everything so bad? 5.5 checked into Atour. I can only say Atour is really my YYDs! And I ate well and slept well in Shantou. I love Shantou people so much. Everyone is so enthusiastic, super nice and friendly, whether it is the driver or the hotel lady and brother! I will come again next time

The hotel is very close to the MixC in the heart of the city. The interior is new and clean, and the service is excellent. I called ahead and even got an upgraded room. It rained for several days during my visit, and the front desk was very polite and provided an umbrella bag. The hotel is very convenient for taxis, and is convenient for everything from the flagship VIP Beef Hotpot restaurant to Wanjunlong Clay Pot Porridge, Longyan South Road, the small park, and popular attractions on Mayu Island. Finally, I have to give a big thumbs up to Shantou's food. Whether it's an online favorite or a time-honored restaurant tucked away in a small alley, it's all incredibly delicious. I'm sure I'll be back soon. It's a real foodie's nightmare: you can't eat enough.
