The overall feeling is good. Although it is during the May Day holiday, the service is still in place and everything we need can be delivered quickly. We arrived late and there were two children. The front desk was very considerate and upgraded us to a suite. The children were super happy. The breakfast was also good. It was not crowded if you went there after 8 o'clock.

This hotel is a little small, and they don't even want to turn on the air conditioner. The temperature outside is 21 or 22 degrees, and the room is 24.5 degrees. It's obviously cool outside and hot inside. I set the temperature to 18 degrees when I checked in, and it never went down. The hotel lobby is cooler, but it's hot and stuffy on the floor and in the room. Friends who are afraid of heat should not choose this hotel. I guess they won't turn on the air conditioner until summer.

The air conditioner was broken. They came to fix it in the middle of the night, but it was still broken. The indoor temperature was always 26 degrees! Was the welcome fruit cookie bitten? The breakfast started to be cleaned up on time at 10 o'clock, and the restaurant waiters started to rush at 9:40, as if they didn't want to delay their get off work! I asked the front desk to send a takeaway, but it didn't come for a long time. I called the front desk again and they said the concierge had gone to eat. If you let me know, I will go and get it myself! The bathtub is just a decoration because there is no disposable bathtub cover! Is this the standard of a Wanda five-star hotel?

The room size and layout are good. The front desk has also been upgraded, but there is no view outside the window. It is actually a taller business building that blocks the view, which is very bad. I ordered takeaway and asked the service staff to deliver it to the room. This service is still good! The price-performance ratio is average! It is also very convenient to go to Wuxi!

The air conditioner cannot be adjusted at will. The temperature was 26 degrees that day, and the room temperature was 26 degrees. After the air conditioner cooled the room to 16 degrees, it was still 25 degrees for six hours. Fortunately, the temperature dropped to 6 degrees at night. I opened the window for a night to cool down. The window was not opened left and right, but the bottom edge of the window was opened at a certain angle, which was better than nothing. I once again experienced the sourness of the 1990s without air conditioners and fans and hot summer nights, and there was not even a trace of wind.

It is recommended that if this happens again, the front desk can call the guest in time after the computer is restored to inform him that he can check in. 2) The room is very clean, the bathtub, shower, and washbasin are all very clean, but it is too hot and stuffy. When I checked in on the first day, the room was already turned on for heating and air conditioning, so it felt even more stuffy. At night, I turned off the air conditioning and slept without covering the quilt. On the third day, it was really hot and unbearable. My lips were blistered from the heat. I looked for it repeatedly before I saw a small window behind the curtain that could be opened a little bit. 3) Not everyone answers the "0" number every time I call it. 4) After getting up on the 15th, I smelled a strong smell of cigarettes when washing my face in the bathroom. After checking, I found a cigarette inside the door. It seemed that it was kicked into the room through the crack of the door after being extinguished. There were black marks and cigarette ashes on the carpet outside the door. I don’t know if it was thrown by the people who came to pick up the bride next door in the morning. 4) The cleaning staff was very good, with a good attitude, and cleaned the room very cleanly.

The hotel is quite good~ The geographical environment is not bad, there are a lot of places to eat around, fire place and so on. Breakfast needs improvement, but everything else is okay. Thanks!

From the basement garage, to the elevator, to the room, there are stains everywhere that can't be wiped off. The 17-inch mini TV can't be turned off. In the middle of the night, the three words "no signal" float around like a ghost, and the screen is old and white, which is creepy. To be honest, it's not as good as the All Seasons.
