I recently stayed at Luxotel International Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The buffet breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. This hotel is great, very clean, and the service is ok. The apartment has an induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, and washing machine. The bathroom and cloakroom are also spacious, suitable for families with elderly or babies. The hotel is very close to the China Dinosaur Park, about ten minutes by car, and fifteen minutes by car from the city center. It is very convenient. I will choose here next time I come to Changzhou.

Didn’t get the breakfast because there are at least 3 or so coffee shops in the mall in the same complex, including Starbucks.

Struggling to think of ways to improve this place. Great location near the old train station, Tianming Park and two metro stations. Professional staff, fast check-in. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. The bathing spa on the 3rd floor was incredible. There’s also a gym and pool onsite. The rooms were beautifully designed with cool pyramid ceilings. Mattresses were soft and I think they bought the best pillows money can buy. Pretty strong dedicated wifi connections, 20+ mbps. Breakfast was ok. If I ever come back to Changzhou I’m staying here!

Brought the kids here for the weekend, the little ones were very excited, every staff member of Zhongwu was very enthusiastic and good looking!!! Haha, especially Minnie gave the kids a small gift, and upgraded the room for free, the experience was very good, the hotel style was also very much liked, the Chinese garden was particularly beautiful, I heard that the second phase of the nine gardens will be open for tea and accommodation later, it feels especially suitable for ancient style check-in and taking photos, highly recommended 😺

The service in this store is very good. When you come in and out, the waiters will greet you and open the door to pick up your luggage, making you feel at home. Four of us elders came to Jintan to participate in the National Martyrs' Memorial Day. When we checked into the hotel, we felt that the hotel lobby was very grand and unique, and the decoration was quite warm. We stayed in Room 717.719 on the 7th floor.

Environment: good and comfortable
Service: The waiter was very serious and even gave us mooncakes that we bought at our own expense on Mid-Autumn Festival. Thank you.

ZZan2014It was a very pleasant experience. First of all, the hot springs and quiet environment were the choice for us to spend Christmas with friends. The hotel has butler service. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were surrounded by all kinds of friendly service attitudes, especially our exclusive butler Huang Xinlai, a sunny local boy, who was full of enthusiasm for customers (he provided us with his personal small speaker. In addition, there are always accidents. I received his call an hour after leaving the hotel. He missed a small document bag. The courier had already sent it out before I got home. The thoughtful service was so heartwarming). The service and dishes in the restaurant were also quite good. We tried all kinds of food in the hotel for two days. Wang Tianle, who was picked up by the special car when leaving the hotel, was as warm-hearted as the younger brother of the butler Xiao Huang. It was a very pleasant Christmas holiday. He also arranged an exclusive photography project, which left us with good memories. I look forward to staying here again next time.

It can be seen that it is a newly opened hotel, the overall decoration style is new Chinese, and the furnishings are also tasteful and not old-fashioned or more pleasing. The check-in experience is also very good, the hotel front desk check-in is efficient and fast, the room is very comfortable, and the intimate turndown service is made when you check in. MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

Uusha pThis hotel had a good location near to the main road and a five minute walk to a popular shopping centres 🏬, Coco city. The service at the front desk was very efficient and generally friendly. Good lighting throughout throughout the room and lots of seating.The room was spacious, but not very clean. The bathroom countertops had dried toothpaste stuck on there from previous guests, the bathroom and toilet smelled of urine. Though we asked for a non smoking room, the the room reeked of cigarette smoke everywhere, the bed , the pillows, towels , even after leaving the hotel our belongings, clothes and hair smelled of cigarette smoke.
The AC air quality was very low. It is winter season and the heating of the room was very insufficient, and the air from the ac smelt of strong cigarette smoke . At night, though it was cold we had to turn of the ac because the smell was too much. Early in the morning the were loud noises about disrupting our rest. The price was good but I wouldn’t return because the poor environment. If you don’t mind cigarette smoke and uncleanliness then this place would be suitable for you.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

AAnonymous UserRecommend this hotel. Don't underestimate the old hotel, the service is first-class, much better than many new hotels.
Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.
