房間視野很好 管家姐姐超級貼心熱情 體驗了好多莊園的項目 阿牧寶寶超級可愛且敬業！晚上還拍到了很好看的星空 早餐也特別美味！

設施：燒水壺，閨蜜機（已開通會員）隨便看，地暖，空調，都有很齊全
衞生：整潔，乾淨
環境：最喜歡的部分，靠着茶山，可以找個天氣好的時候徒個步爬個山，不高。沒什麼難度，呼吸新鮮空氣很不錯。酒店環境巨佳，從進門開始就能看到每一處的草坪樹木都有專人打理，草坪維護的很好，非常大。一直盯着人家問是什麼草為什麼冬季還這麼綠。這對養寵家庭來説簡直是意外驚喜，酒店內的停車場也離入住的地方很近。我們住的隱廬還有一塊私人的花園。如果是天氣春秋暖和鞋就可以在花園裡喝喝茶。看看山景是不錯的。
服務：很棒，從一下車就有專人服務，我們是安琪小姑娘，細心，周到，耐心。有晚安牛奶喝，早餐的鱔絲麪一定要嘗試，非常好吃。在入住前就會有專門的管家羣進行提前的入住須知，我是帶着父母和小狗入住的，父母開心小狗開心最重要，然後小狗也有屬於自己的玩具和墊子，小提議：如果在大草坪那邊再設一個檢屎袋垃圾桶就會更好些。

非常非常美好的獨家感覺，酒店的裝修很有特色，綠化也佈置得很好，飯菜口味相當驚艷。管家少華服務很暖心，從還沒碰面就已經開始落實各種暖心服務，知道是我生日還特地買了蛋糕，升級了房間。還會到他們品牌旗下的橄欖再去看看，非常開心和感動的度假

一樓的房間私密性很好，面積比較大，床品舒適，有戴森吹風機和智能馬桶這點好評。服務熱情，贈送了水果和伴手禮。整體適合躺平吸氧，下雨天無法去茶山徒步會有點無聊。正餐套餐價格偏高，不過附近農家樂的選擇很多。小建議，卧室去衞生間的地面高度落差有點容易摔跤需要注意

衞生總體而言還可以的，畢竟在綠化那麼好的地方。住的是一樓的房間，總體還是希望衞生間的一些死角可以更乾淨就完美了。管家服務非常到位，積極熱情，想你所想。颱風天在酒店住了整整兩天幾乎沒出門，餐飲也還不錯。如果更甜一些會更適合上海遊客的口味。另外幾乎沒有被蚊子咬，這點很厲害，滅蚊工作非常到位！
