環境：客棧位置不錯，古色古香，一二樓配有棋盤。停車免費，樓下有餐廳，雖然貴但味道不錯。房間是一個小型loft，有小客廳休息很方便。晚上睡覺被子很厚，空調對着床吹導致伸出來冷，縮進去熱。201樓下是廚房，早上鍋爐聲音很響。
衞生：入住時第一印象很差，馬桶沒有打掃乾淨，內部有便痕，坐墊有尿跡，裝洗手液的罐子擠出來是黑的，沙發坐墊有污漬。好在阿姨第一時間來打掃，並直接給了我們一包新的洗手液，阿姨好評。第二晚蟑螂出沒，可能是生態環境好所致。
服務：前台入住辦理效率很低，沒有告知準確的早餐結束的時間，僅給出早餐開始發放的模糊時間，説是大概89點來吃就行，第一天9點40直接告訴我們沒有了，讓我們早點來吃，店家把剩下的雞蛋回鍋煎了煎，我們配上冷饅頭算是勉強吃了第一次早餐。第二天被軍訓的我們老老實實8點30下來吃飯，依舊是冷的，看來還是不夠早，是我們懶惰了。停車是第一次出停車場要求付費是我打電話給前台才知道要在前台掃碼輸入車牌才可以免費出去，事前前台並未告知我們。
總結：客棧是用心在做了，但可以做的更好。位置和環境很不錯，衹不過和標化的酒店差距甚遠，五一節假日忙碌衞生跟不上可以理解，服務未經培訓不到位可以理解，但作為客人，我不會為此買賬。

酒店環境不錯，位置也很好找，古色古香，房間挺大的，特地定了朝南看湖面的房間。酒店有自持的園子，衹對本店的客人開放。老闆人很好，非常熱情，定的客房是不含早的，老闆還送了豐盛的早餐，一家人都吃不完。棒棒的，物超所值，值得推薦，下次有機會來顧渚還住這家。

The management is average. Several families brought their dogs into the inn and into the restaurant during breakfast. The waiters upstairs had a bad attitude and they ordered their own dishes for dinner. There were too few varieties.
