整體環境超讚，還贈送了絕美的梅園門票，提前預訂的晚餐也很好吃，房間也很乾凈，酒店管家服務也很到位，就是房間整體感覺偏小了一些。

性價比很低。優點是環境很好，酒店獨佔一片山頭，暑期小孩來玩水應該很不錯，淡季很清凈。但是！淡季近2000的房價，酒店幾乎沒有任何活動，還好我們主動詢問後有熱心提供釣具。本想中午酒店用餐，結果廚師都不在。早餐很貼心地送房間，但是沒有詢問客人喜好，啥都送了，有點浪費，也沒有提供牛奶等飲品，需要主動詢問後再送來。另外，處理問題比較機械，我們到店前詢問想升級到樹屋，前台讓我退訂單重新預訂，雖然後來順利補了100塊差價，幫我們換了房間，但在酒店一共衹有兩三户入住、活動減少的情況下，第一個反應難道不是主動升級嗎？總的來説，環境五星，服務三星，沒有增值內容，着實對不起這優美的環境。
