房間很乾凈，酒店裡活動也很豐富。最喜歡泳池。很適合帶孩子游泳。管家李林很認真細心，回覆都很及時、有耐心。酒店的餐廳味道也很好，大人小孩都覺得不錯。

第一次選擇雙卧獨棟就是想要一個獨立的環境，現場確實讓人相當滿意。出入有小巴接送，酒店的配套遊玩設施也挺齊全的，如果不是下大雨一定讓人流連忘返。對於寵物友好也是很到位，不限制狗狗體型，工作人員對狗狗都很友好，狗狗也有一份早餐，唯一美中不足的是沒有可帶狗子用餐的獨立區域。酒店早餐選擇很豐富，晚餐有好幾個菜我也很喜歡。有機會還會帶小狗在不同的季節去入住。

設施：房間的設施非常好，特別是房型跟我們全家人住宿，而且還能夠有嬰兒床，酒店的設施也很好，健身房和游泳池都有
環境：房子位於一個度假村，周圍的環境很好，空氣很好，如果不下雨的話，出去走走還是挺好的
服務：服務的小姐姐都非常好，特別是李林小姐姐前就聯繫了，我把活動內容發給我。
每一個環節的活動，小姐姐都很和藹可親，晚上有套西瓜的活動，雖然我們沒有套到，但還是給小朋友們一人一份小禮物。
嗯特別贊一下飯店的餐廳，價格不貴，也很好吃。而且第二天的早餐沒有多收小孩子的費用，讓我覺得很貼心。
房間的性價比特別高，我覺得在五星級酒店裡親子酒店裡值得再來，附近的一些點都沒有玩到還是有些遺憾的。會有人反映酒店的設施比較舊，房間比較老，但是五臟俱全，在我看來和那些新開的小民宿相比的話，還是老的更加的實在貼心。
遺憾的是我們去的那幾天小童樂園正好關閉，而且也正好碰上台風，所以就覺得有很大遺憾。許多户外的活動都取消了。

從莫干山森泊住到湖州臻隱，這個芳草地是最後一站，也是最不滿意的。訂的雙卧，首先衞生，沙發縫裡面有上個入住人留下的火腿腸和魔芋爽，其次是服務，真的是每次路過前台，姑娘們就一直在玩手機。。。完全體現不出來一個酒店前台的接待服務，甚至我問她們餐廳在哪頭都不抬手一指。然後是颱風天，跟我説室內遊樂園在維修，非要挑下雨天維修嗎？我們2歲多的小朋友，游泳池最低1.2米進不去，室內遊樂場維修沒得玩，户外下雨活動全部取消，無聊到我衹能在房間給他放動畫片，一個勁的要回家，真的是大無語。後來管家送了兩張手工券，去參加一看一個是拓印，5秒結束，一個是塗色，好一點10分鐘吧。然後又陷入了無聊中。。。唯一好的是上了年紀的觀光車司機阿姨們和餐廳的阿姨，真的是用心，管家也還行，提前加微信通知第二天的活動。但是作為一個親子酒店來説，真的是除了淡季便宜一無是處
