酒店環境幽靜，房間乾淨，陽台很寬敞，對寵物非常友好，每天送水果牛奶，餐廳晚餐味道不錯。遇上台風，管家夢婷服務周到。

酒店田園風格，別墅錯落有致，工作人員都很和善，尤其管家風帆非常貼心👍接駁車隨叫隨到。陽台很大，如果天氣再涼快點的話在陽台喝茶聊天很愜意，適合度假

喜歡木屋別墅，度假別墅裏面很幽靜，到處綠綠葱葱，是天然氧吧，愛了愛了，篝火晚會也挺有意思，吹着小風，喝着小酒，聽聽音樂，很愜意。因為颱風天下大雨，沒有喂小動物，換的卡丁車券也沒機會用上，有一點遺憾，服務管家（風帆）服務也很貼心，各種注意事項提醒，擔心我們颱風天行車安全，也是各種問候，芳草度假村去了真的不後悔。
