酒店硬件設施非常贊！超出預期，洗浴用品也很有品味，是歐瓏家的情柚獨鍾。還有多個小童樂園和户外探險活動，是週末遛娃的好去處

酒店環境很好，房間可以看到湖景，房間提前安排了水果，住了2天體驗感非常不錯，管家小袁還給小盆友準備了伴手禮玩具，服務非常好，幫忙熱餐食很及時，退房還會問候我們，總體來説非常不錯的入住體驗

酒店建於半山腰，環境優美。酒店前台小姑娘娜娜非常細心，考慮到定的兩間房不同房型在不同樓棟，幫忙放在同1樓棟了，服務熱情細心。酒店客房寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床品舒適，隔音效果好，窗外風景優美，整體環境安靜舒適，床鋪舒適佈局合理，酒店服務非常周到，工作人員熱情專業，提供貼心服務，辦理入住迅速。

服務：服務很好，房間還有膠囊咖啡機，會送水果和睡前牛奶。管家小袁提前聯繫，還發了酒店的電子地圖，退房了還會詢問建議意見。
環境：交通比較方便，下高速幾分鐘就到了，雖然是在山裡，但是也能叫到肯德基，奶茶等外賣。
衞生：整潔衞生，智能馬桶也很先進。
設施：户外樂園和室內樂園都有，還有繪畫活動等，小孩子玩的很開心。探險樂園需要收費，高空步行很好玩，值得去試一試。温泉剛開始比較冷，後面熱了感覺還行。人也不是很多，不擁擠。
