真不知道這些好評是怎麼來的 晚九點多辦理的入住問能不能到兩點退房説不能 會員也不可以 兩點就要續費才能續房 歐克 我理解 一開始check in的六樓的房間 然後和我説到五樓要再爬一層？what？我還得提着行李箱爬樓梯？後面説給我換到三樓 歐克 那也就算了 酒店房間小 歐克也能理解 洗澡的開關是手擰及其不方便 第一次用不熟悉方向一個不小心就劈頭蓋臉的給你來個全身SPA 洗頭洗澡的時候手上但凡有個泡沫根本擰不動 這時候你就得頂着滿頭的泡沫或者光着濕漉漉的身子去拿紙巾或者其他東西墊着增加點摩擦力才能擰得動 是的沒錯 我是那個親身體驗的幸運兒 然後洗完頭髮吹風機 你風力小我能忍 你還搞個觸摸的？吹風機都要搞個觸摸的你是有多“環保”多害怕浪費國家電力 一個沒握緊就不出風斷斷續續 吹個頭發和有什麼深仇大恨似的我得全程狠狠按住它 我的建議 要麼少花點去住一百多的性價比高的連鎖酒店 要麼再多花個一兩百去住星級酒店 這三百多一晚住的真的一點 一點 一點 不值得！！！

每次去常熟出差，基本都住的這家快捷酒店，各方面都還是不錯的，服務質量穩定，但這次出現一個問題，就是不知道是不是因為空調系統或者是新風系統長時間沒有清洗呢還是什麼原因，我過敏性鼻炎強烈發作，一個晚上都沒睡好。早上離店後，到現在就沒犯過。希望店家能重視檢查。
