賓館地理位置在愽物館對面，虞山腳下的公園，交通極為便利。
另外，賓館安靜，絕無喧鬧聲，自助早餐品種多且衞生。

去常熟遊玩，選了這家酒店。總體來説非常滿意，於是又多定了一天。先説位置，就在市中心，離虞山，方塔園都很近，步行10分鐘可到。離虞山城牆也很近，公交2站路即可。再説設施，稍微有點老式，但是房間裏的傢俱可以看出都是質地蠻好的木製傢俱，感覺像家裡買的傢俱。房間裏有兩個房間，每個房間裏都有一張1.5米的床，適合一家人出遊。衞生間很大，有浴缸，晚上回來泡泡澡很舒服。房間裏完全沒有任就有何氣味，真是驚喜， 可能因為通風好。房間朝東，有兩個很大的落地窗，早上拉開窗簾就有陽光曬進來，窗邊就能看到方塔。窗户也可以開條小縫通氣。周圍很安靜，晚上睡得也很好。酒店門口可以停車，非常方便。前台工作人員很熱情，還幫我們放行李。酒店早餐比較一般，主要都是饅頭、包子、蒸糕這些碳水類的主食，有雞蛋茶葉蛋，還有豆漿，但是沒有咖啡牛奶這些（不過也可能我去的晚，沒吃到），不過一份自助早餐衹收費20元，而且春節期間也沒漲價，已經是很良心了。這次常熟之行非常滿意，以後下來還回住這家酒店。
