服務：首先説前台服務還可以吧，小妹小哥説話都很清晰 語氣平和，業務順暢
環境：
隔音不好，居住期間 經常在夜間 22 點至凌晨 2 點有人吵鬧震動的聲音
環境方面一般般 通風比較差，房間異味較明顯，由於是梅雨季節房間一直處於潮濕狀態，建議增設通風設施，被子床蓋一直是潮濕的。
衞生：保潔大姐人不錯，每天堅持清掃更換，打掃的還算乾淨
設施：設施很差
無論是 WiFi 還是有線連結 網速特別差而且老斷開，想發個 10M 以上的文檔都很難的，不適合有網絡需求的人員
電視款式比較老 想用電腦投屏都做不到
沒有新風系統 衞生間排風口噪音大 風量小
吹風機很老 熱量大風量小
有公共洗衣機在平台，但是本人不敢用，畢竟不知道店家是不是每日清洗。
有早點吃過一次，當日早點 8 點之後就沒東西了 剩了一些包子 超難吃的，牛奶也需要在微波爐里加熱
總結：第一次到常熟的 不建議居住此地
