酒店硬件好、衞生好、服務好，特別是服務感動到了我和家人了，這次是我給長者預訂的酒店，沒有同行，所以很遺憾不知道前台美女帥哥的名字，沒機會當麪感謝。但遠程耐心細緻的溝通真的讓我很暖心、很放心長者的行程。下次去常熟一定還會選擇這裏。

臨時決定全家一起來常熟遊玩，選擇了位於沙家浜景區臨近的漫心府，酒店去年剛開業，設施很新，也沒有異味，整體是中式風格，房間和服務都是好評，特別是酒店工作人員的態度值得點贊！
説説還有一點不足的地方是早餐可以再完善一下，中餐廳午餐的上菜速度也需要加快。
總體來説作為週末遊玩小住的酒店還是不錯的。
