Hotel Nikko Changshu

這家酒店的服務態度特別好，剛剛進來大堂就有服務員主動問好，魏經理和陸經理特別熱情的接待，然後指引我到前台辦理入住，是前台的yori小吳辦理的，介紹的特別詳細，第二天是cindy小邵辦理的退房，還沒走過去就跟我打招呼問好。這家酒店的服務真的太好了，下次來常熟還是選擇這家酒店！！

停車方便，因為來的有點早，前台Cindy小邵熱情積極的幫我優先安排了乾淨房，給我的第一印象很好。大廳的行李員祝亮服務很好，員工個個精神飽滿。這次住的公寓房間，乾淨整潔空間大，房間設施都比較新。價格也不貴，以後入住首選日航。退房後Yori小吳更是關心問候，入住期間沒碰到過什麼問題，整體就是感覺服務很好，謝謝他們。

An An at the front desk is very good, warm and thoughtful. The suggestion that can be improved is that there are too few bottled water in the guest room. I have to ask the waiter to send extra bottled water every day. The hotel's food delivery robot cannot deliver takeout, you need to go downstairs to get it yourself, which is a little inconvenient. Overall, it is highly recommended.

房間設施乾淨整潔，窗外景象很美。早餐很豐富，工作人員都很熱情。

房間很寬敞整潔，早餐豐富好吃。網絡斷了幾次，聯繫了前台，Cindy小邵、Yori小吳和柳經理來幫忙修了幾次，最後送來了VPN，解決了問題，閃斷過幾次電，停了幾秒又來了，不知道是房間問題還是卡片問題，整體感覺不錯，出差首選。
