The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, the hotel felt newly renovated, and the room facilities were clean, cozy, and comfortable. Being right next to a subway entrance was incredibly convenient. As a first-time visitor to Changsha, I was very satisfied. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options.

The room was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was soft but not sagging, and I woke up every day with no back pain. The bathroom had a completely separate wet and dry area, with consistent hot water, no hot or cold fluctuations. Even the sink mirror had a soft light, making it super convenient for applying makeup. The best part was that the window faced Changsha South. Opening the curtains in the morning instantly brightened my mood.

The cleaning staff were fantastic; they meticulously tidied the room every day, ensuring it was spotless. It was such a pleasure to return to a perfectly neat room after a day of exploring. 👍 Soundproofing: Soundproofing was also impressive, thanks to the thick room doors and plush carpets, making for a very quiet stay.
