Facilities: The facilities are quite new, featuring smart devices throughout the room, which was generally great. The only minor drawback was the air conditioning wasn't very powerful, taking a long time for the room to cool down. Cleanliness: Housekeeping was very prompt. As I was traveling with a baby, location and cleanliness were my top priorities, and a spotless environment truly allowed us to travel with peace of mind. Location & Ambiance: Located right in the heart of Changsha, it was incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Despite being in the city center, it wasn't noisy at all. This might be because I visited during an off-peak season, so the crowds weren't overwhelming, and the surroundings were much quieter than I had imagined. I could barely hear any noise from the room. Service: The service was excellent; they were incredibly responsive to all requests. A quick call to the front desk always received an immediate response. It was fantastic, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Changsha.
