Attendant No.2 at the reception was extremely helpful on our check out day where she guided us with booking additional hourly rate stay since our flight was at night. She went over and above in making our stay pleasant.

This trip to Changsha was purely a spur-of-the-moment decision, so I kept thinking about where to stay on the high-speed rail. Niccolo and Park Hyatt both lacked some imagination, and I also thought about 6,500 or something, but finally decided on Changsha Youdu. It was almost 1 a.m. when I arrived at the store. I chose a room without windows as the receptionist explained it would be quieter. Instead of a real window, the “window” look out into a fake garden, which I thought it was a nice touch. Besides the usual complimentary toiletries, the hotel also offer heated eye masks and surplus drinks in the refrigerator. The free laundry service is also a plus. When checking out, the reception offered more water and snacks. Overall, I am very satisfied with Atour Light Hotel and would recommend it to my friends and family when visiting Changsha.
