長沙凱賓斯基酒店服務專業高效，酒店有管家服務，管家會提前聯繫我幫我安排好房間，加了微信有任何問題都會幫我解決，還特別贈送了酒店高空下午茶，非常不錯，房間衞生也很乾凈是木地板的，設施保養得很好不像是10年的酒店，下次還會來的。

這次選擇的凱賓斯基酒店環境奢華大氣，房間寬敞明亮，有全景落地窗和浴缸，洗護用品都很高端，住得特別舒心安心，酒店地理位置優越；特別表揚管家服務，十分負責，還專門問我的入住體驗，也有熱情的邀請下次再來入住，很棒！下次有機會還會選擇入住凱賓斯基品牌！
唯一不足的是我是訂購了早餐的 前台卻説不含早餐 雖然得到了解決 但希望酒店能提前和平台溝通好

凱賓斯基酒店員工服務都很熱情，在入住前就有管家小姐姐致電詢問房間喜好提前給我安排好了房間，又給小朋友贈送了凱賓斯基的吉祥物Kaaaaat，小朋友很喜歡呢！床品也很舒適而且乾淨衞生。酒店的早餐不錯，果汁都是鮮榨，麪包非常nice，酒店入住送了一張卡片，手繪了微信頭像，還是比較有特色的。設施設備也很齊全是值得多次選擇的一家酒店。
