我們是去中廣天擇錄節目的。這裏距離比較近。預訂之前也看了很多評價，有好的有不好的。我衹能説超乎了我的預期。
服務：前台小姐姐非常熱情的接待，耐心温柔的講解着各項權益，還特別提供了小朋友房卡（退房是可以帶走的），還有小朋友的一個活動，完成會獲得小禮物（我們是贈送了一衹可愛的玩偶狗狗），還贈送了一個果盤。這裏玩特別感謝一下前台小佳，我退房離店後發現我的手錶落下了，就馬上聯繫了酒店，前台小佳幫助我聯繫房務部最終找到了手錶。
設施：房間設施齊全，有沙發和辦公桌椅，茶包咖啡瓶裝水都很齊全且量足，有為小朋友專門準備的洗漱用品和墊腳凳，房間裏還有熨斗和熨衣板，解決了我們演出服的熨燙。驅蚊液屋裡也有備。
環境：房間是海底小縱隊主題，位於23層，視野非常好，房間明亮且安靜。
衞生：挺乾淨的。
早餐：早餐很不錯，種類多，環境好，尤其是喝的特別齊全。

這家酒店真的沒讓人失望！設施很新，房間裏的床品舒服到不想起，熱水足、空調給力，衞生做得超到位，乾乾淨淨，完全沒異味。窗外景色很愜意，樓下就是瀏陽河。傍晚散步特別舒服。
最驚喜的是前台vivi,辦入住時熱情高效主動幫忙提行李，詳細介紹了早餐時間和停車訊息。中途需要額外的枕頭，一個電話很快就送來了，全程態度熱情又耐心。
這樣乾淨、舒適又貼心的酒店，必須給五星，下次來還住這裏！
