剛入住四天，特別要贊是25樓打掃的服務員紅姐，非常細心，真的出乎我的意料，為我送來整套涼衣掛衣的配套，好讓我在外出行仍可以為我和家人裏裡外外衣履都能保持整齊清潔，謝謝您紅姐！
不過一定要對游泳池及健身房的營運單位要提出意見:
1. 現在是暑假，為何游泳池營業時間衹為13:30至21:00，太令一家大小失望
2. 另健身房及游泳池工作人員對酒店住客極不尊重，還不到終結時間竟然出口叫停，趕客，如繼續讓這機構營運的話，一定會影響五星級酒店的名聲，誠心誠意希望你們有所改進。

房間很乾凈，周邊很多吃飯的地方，步行可達高鐵站，但酒店免費提供送站服務，前台的周雨林服務態度很好，早餐也不錯，早上大堂的李經理送我們到高鐵站，主動幫我們提行李，下次出行繼續選延年。
