上一次入住是在疫情期間，住了長沙價格頭部的所有酒店，全長沙衹有君悦可以直接在樓下驗核酸方便住客，當時已經非常有好感了！這次的入住，從下車門僮開車門到幫忙拿行李，再到前台微笑的服務，而且到酒店就立馬安排了高樓層安靜的房間。真的很棒很棒！住進房間之後，景觀也是非常非常漂亮，房間也非常寬敞舒適！浴室十分寬敞，浴缸泡澡還能看夜景。躺在床上可以看到湘江美景！
住了幾晚，打掃衞生很及時，也不會隨意動我的東西，衹是幫忙放好，這個非常有好感！！離店後賓客服務中心開票及時。整體來説，酒店距離太平老街和國金中心很近，過去很方便，酒店環境很好，服務能給一百分！以後來長沙就住君悦了！酒店的服務真的有讓你感覺到家的温暖！

總體來説這家酒店中規中矩 ，原本以為早飯可以超預期 結果住了四天三晚早晚天天都一樣，九點左右去還要在餐廳門口排隊！後來由於🌀影響，聯繫管家無反應，跑去前台告知衹有門市價，看見其他住客有小禮物收，有點區別對待了！ 酒店位置還可以，下負一樓就是海信廣場，後面就是坡子街 太平街，再往前走幾步就是五一廣場 黃興路步行街。 但是外賣沒有送上樓的服務，這一點得和人家麗晶好好學學！酒店工作人員的細節還得多加培訓，體驗感一般般～

酒店房間很大，乾淨，看着新，樓層高，景觀好，在君悦裏算很不錯的。離國金中心，坡子街都很近，酒店附近有親子樂園。賓客服務中心工作人員態度很好，有提前聯繫客人。停車跟大廈物業發生糾紛跟前台説了後喊經理跟我們一起去看，報警處理後酒店工作人員也有陪同一起處理解決，很負責，態度非常好，服務沒話説。

房間很舒適，衞生打掃的特別乾淨，可以欣賞到湘江美景。地理位置優越，樓下就是文和友，不管去坡子街，太平老街，黃興廣場，國金中心都是步行可達，天熱，建議晚上出遊。周邊地鐵1號和2號都有，橘子洲一站可達。打車也很方便。嘉賓軒深受孩子喜愛，不管早餐還是happy hour，食物品質在線，口味很棒，解決了不能吃辣的難題。7樓游泳池適合孩子遊玩。全程服務收到，入住前有人電話，瞭解需求。入住中，積極解決問題。
