酒店交通便利，房間乾淨整潔，衞生間超大，服務設施齊全，早餐種類豐富。酒店附近就有很多美食，從前台到保潔員到餐廳，每個員工都微笑待客，有問必答.。酒店：整體乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離且有窗户。服務很好，入住前聯繫客人訊問對房間有無要求，入住後對客人需求也是儘量解決。早餐有中餐和西餐，品種多樣，對我這個南方人來説，挺合口味的。

房間乾淨整潔，硬件條件也不錯，但美中不足的就是網絡，房間內wifi總是時斷時續，而且導致電視機頂盒點播電影也是時不時就卡，叫工程來修了兩次也不好，白白買了兩天的會員觀影，希望酒店能好好檢查檢查無線網絡，除了網絡這個酒店還是很不錯的，但願如果再來長沙入住這個酒店時網絡問題可以徹底解決
