酒店交通便利，地鐵出行方便。處於五一廣場、嶽麓山、高鐵站的十字交叉口；酒店服務沒得挑剔，設備齊全，前台非常温馨幫忙換了個安靜的房型，還及時寄回了遺漏的東西。

服務：服務人員很禮貌熱情，溝通都很愉快。
設施：房間有化粧鏡，還提供卸粧清潔護膚產品，投影也很清晰。不過最近酒店空調沒有啟用，入住時前台就告知衹開了清風系統無法制冷制熱，如果覺得熱會提供風扇。但入住的兩晚長沙升温挺高，衹開風扇有一點點熱。
大堂一樓就是茶顏悦色鏢局，點單後機器人送餐上樓，非常方便。
酒店位於黃土嶺地鐵站7號口兩三百米位置，黃土嶺地鐵站是四號線和一號線轉換站，去五一廣場方便，去長沙南也方便，門口也有公交站和共享電動車停放點。
已經是第二次光顧了，下次來長沙玩還訂這裏。

酒店位置不錯😌聽説是改造過的，所以感覺佈局還是有點老舊。樓下就有茶顏悦色，很方便，還可以叫到房間裏。交通還是挺方便的，周圍吃的也挺多。

這家酒店給了我非常舒心旅行體驗。入住時前台小姐姐的微笑很甜，服務態度很好，入住覺得房間不太好還幫忙更換了房間，辦理手續高效又細緻，還貼心提醒了早餐時間，還有一對一的管家加微信。房間比想象中寬敞，房間的配色很有設計感，床品柔軟乾爽，衞生間乾濕分離，看得出日常清潔非常用心。晚上看着城市夜景很不錯。床品柔軟舒適，整晚都能安心入眠。客房阿姨每天主動補充礦泉水，。早餐品種豐富，現煮的湯粉和咖啡機很不錯，酒店位置鬧中取靜，步行1分鐘可達地鐵站，周邊便利店和葯店都很齊全。整體性價比超出預期，還續住了幾晚，酒店大堂還有一家茶顏。無論是商務出行還是家庭旅遊都很合適，環境很新，設施設備也很齊全總體都很滿意贊贊贊

第一次入住，從前台到保潔都很友好。大堂有茶顏悦色。房間設計也很合理，早餐也較豐富。特別是前台的梅子，態度好，有服務意識，值得表揚。總體很滿意。
