非常好，房間乾淨衞生，水好，空調足，下車門衞就熱情的幫助提箱子，前台的歡歡小姐姐也細心周到的給我們按排好了滿意的房間，酒店早餐豐富品種多，炸的油條是一絕👍酒店對面是一個大商場什麼都有吃飯方便

迎賓服務不行，不會幫忙提箱子，以及星級酒店最基本帶路 差勁。有勢利眼色看人，酒店衞生有待提高很多地方不達標，硬件設施有點老，馬桶不是智能沒有排風口。遙控器全是灰電視很老，全部是黑白電視劇。這酒店不適合年輕人也不是五星級標準四星級都沒有太失望了
優點美食不錯和酒店致歉禮，房間位置不錯

房間不錯，住四晚給我們升級了高層江景房間，窗外景色很美，周圍吃飯也很方便，還有偶遇明星的小驚喜，就是因為分了兩個訂單下的單，第一個訂單帶早餐，當時前台給我們説隨時去吃就可以，結果第三天去吃的時候説是在第一個訂單裡邊，已經不能用了，我覺得這一點沒有説清楚，自費付了早餐…
