這次入住長沙世貿希爾頓酒店體驗很好。房間在高層，視野開闊，能清楚看到湘江，衞生保持得也很乾凈。酒店服務周到，特別是Sia的服務很細緻，退房時還收到了小禮物。可以説這是我住過服務最好的一家世貿希爾頓，下次還會考慮入住。

來長沙辦事，因為很久之前就入住過，體驗感很好，所以這次還是選擇入住世茂希爾頓，早餐也好吃，景色也很好，房間舒服，很乾凈，這次給我們升級到了行政江景大床房，住在最頂上，整個樓層也很安靜，下次要再帶孩子們來住

作為老牌的五星級酒店，硬件沒的説，地段也很好，附近很多美食可以選擇，當然酒店中餐廳的餐食我也很喜歡，特別表揚Diana和房務大姐樑姐姐，入住前Diana就跟我保持聯繫，確定喜好，無微不至。房務樑大姐得知我的腳被劃傷，我向她求助，她一路小跑，臨近樓層給我拿來創可貼，值得大大的表揚，希望酒店給予她應有的榮譽，再次感謝！

酒店地理位置十分便利，靠近嶽麓山和橘子洲，樓下還有一家長沙特色的茶顏悦色，是高空酒店，所以景觀真的很不錯。入住有賓客關係sia 提前打電話問房間安排的需要，服務貼心熱情，總體來説，是一家值得推薦的酒店[愛心]
