這次來長沙旅遊入住世茂希爾頓酒店，總體感覺很好，給予五星好評。首先是服務，熱情，周到，辦理入住非常快，特別是賓客關係ivy經理，更是主動聯繫我們，瞭解入住需求，入住後還幾次發訊息詢問需不需要幫助，感覺很貼心，很温暖。二是設施，房間寬敞明亮，很乾凈，住江景房，俯瞰湘江，視覺效果很好，尤其是傍晚時分，湘江兩岸燈光亮起，非常漂亮，美極了。三是美食，酒店自助早餐品種豐富，味道也很好，每天都有點吃不過來的感覺。總的來説是一次非常滿意的體驗。謝謝你們啦。🌹🌹🌹最後有點小建議，希望能更換智能馬桶，提供更好的入住體驗。

這次行政酒廊的服務很好，樓下就是茶顏悦色，而且不用排隊，不喜歡人太多，沒想到選了這家酒店太滿意了！情願打車出行，也不喜歡人擠人！滿意下次還來住，關係部還主動加了微信，我們去橘子洲回來晚了，給我延誤到2點退房！👍
