第二次入住了，之前一個人住感覺比較好，這次帶家人一起體驗感一般。酒店的裝修太空主題比較時尚有未來感，比較適合年輕人，小朋友也蠻喜歡，迎賓和大堂服務員也不錯，但希望酒店服務上能更仔細注意細節：例如預訂房間送雙人雞尾酒和水果這些權益並沒有享受到，沒人送水果去房間，雞尾酒怎麼贈送也沒人提及，因為自己也不是很需要，不想主動去索要！游泳池也沒有游泳圈可以提供給小朋友的，這點不太nice; 房間洗手池的水龍頭可真難打開呀，設計衹考慮時尚沒考慮實用, 其它都還算中規中矩吧，就在商場裏吃喝玩樂倒是蠻方便的。

第一次來長沙玩選擇了W酒店，整體設施服務都是比較高水平的，因為喜歡圓浴缸也給到了房型升級👍🏻👍🏻洗護用品是大衞尼斯的，非常好聞，一樓可以直接到商場裏，買茶顏很方便
房間很乾凈，健身房器材超多，泳池水也很乾凈，衹可惜酒店周邊的景色一般，不然這個無邊泳池應該會很出片～
酒店早餐很豐盛，麪包甜點都太好吃了，還能實現嗦粉自由哈哈（酒店早餐的粉比機場的好吃！）非常好的一點是雞蛋做法是可以單點的😋做好後會送過來方便又美味（我最愛的還是班尼迪克蛋🧡
退房時要了房卡留作紀念，前台的慧慧非常好，把不同的卡面拿出來給我們挑，最後還是留了張粉色的🩷門口的小哥也非常好，給咱們搬行李開車門，總體來講不要求景色的話這家W真的是非常不錯噠！
