酒店整體大環境非常好，很大的園子裏衹有很少的客房。最喜歡早餐環境和午餐餐廳的環境。所有服務人員都顯示了特別高的服務標準。小楊給小朋友送了小零食，孩子很喜歡。徐凱帶他們看了毛主席陳列室，還送我到酒店門口歸還充電寶。服務員小姐姐不僅顏值高且訓練有素。但是客房還是有待改善，地毯不能多看。牆面也有的房間有發黴的情況，過道牆面也是能看到發黴的牆紙。這些需要好好維護。

作為國賓館來説，比別的國賓館在總的服務方面還是有差距的，但是環境還算不錯，我們住在一樓有點潮濕；早餐有我最喜歡的豆花，很棒；前台免費給房型升級，很不錯；重點表揚禮賓員徐凱👍，接待非常不錯，帶着我們逛蓉園。還有表揚拿外賣的那個小哥哥，我們家買了多次外賣，非常熱情幫我們拿快遞👍

酒店地理位置不錯，靠近地鐵站，裏面很大可以在酒店大堂坐電瓶車到大門口，花園大，但不怎麼漂亮，可以去1號樓參觀一下毛主席用過的老物件，可以預約聽講解

非常棒的體驗，誰能想到在長沙市中心有這麼一個鬧中取靜的地方，原來毛爺爺住過好多次，走到那裡都是綠色樹蔭，瞬間感覺涼快了很多！
房間設施比較傳統，乾淨整潔，半夜11點多辦的入住，阿姨還送來小點心，也是非常貼心了！
早上9點和下午16點可以約蓉園講解，有禮賓小哥帶着去展館裏毛爺爺來入住過的歷史，get毛爺爺同款浴袍，毛巾，沙發椅😁，接待我們的是一位叫徐凱的帥哥禮賓小哥，很熱情親切，還開着禮賓車帶我們看蓉園裡的不同的樓
蓉園還有一套免費的明信片，走的時候前台經理姐姐看我要拿一張蓋章，就很貼心又大方地送了我一套
全程體驗真的好暖心！下次來長沙還要住蓉園！

房間比較寬敞，雖然設施有點年月了，但應有盡有，方便舒適。床墊被子和枕頭都好舒服，睡了幾天好覺。賓館的服務也不錯，尤其服務人員熱情周到。最喜歡開擺渡車的一個小哥，總是滿面春風，細聲細語，服務很貼心。
餐廳的飯菜也好吃，第一位湘菜大師的廚藝在這裏得到了傳承和發展。臭豆腐，芙蓉魚排和毛氏紅燒肉都好吃，尤其是臭豆腐，應該是近幾年我回長沙吃到過的最好吃的臭豆腐。
酒店的環境那也是一等一的好，面積大，美若公園。
這次帶着家裡長者來住了三天，很滿意。以後還會來住的。
