上次來長沙住了一晚瑞吉，酒店服務很好，所以這次依舊選擇了這裏，管家Ivy 和Ashely很貼心，回覆及時，可以全天送茶、咖啡、牛奶等飲品，還佈置了泡泡浴，很舒服。

前陣子去長沙，住了長沙瑞吉酒店，來給大家分享下體驗。
• 位置交通：在運達中央廣場，不在市中心，但樓下是商場，吃喝方便，還連着地鐵2號線，去景點不麻煩。離長沙南站近，出行很便利。
• 環境設施：48層的空中大堂超氣派，挑高足，裝修優雅。房間55平起，寬敞舒適，佈局合理，還有步入式衣帽間，老錢風設計，品質感滿滿。開業多年，客房狀態保持得很好，智能設施、戴森、智能馬桶一應俱全。頂樓健身房器材高端，恆温泳池景觀無敵，空中花園也很愜意。
• 服務質量：前台、管家和客房部服務貼心，入住前溝通需求，因房源緊張沒能按時入住，就給升級房型，還送飲品和雞尾酒券，隨叫隨到。不過禮賓和餐廳服務欠佳，禮賓難見人影，餐廳早餐沒人引位，就餐時也不清理餐枱。
• 餐飲水平：The St•Regis Bar晚上有樂隊駐唱，氛圍好，特調雞尾酒很有創意。但早餐體驗差，全自助形式，可不少食物味道奇怪、口感不佳，與酒店定位不符。
長沙瑞吉適合追求高品質住宿、不介意位置偏遠的朋友，要是服務和早餐能改進，體驗會更好 。

酒店整體的服務都非常好，房間很乾凈。非常感謝我的管家Yanny和Ashely提供的細心的服務。入住前添加了管家微信，24小時都有人在線，本人敏感皮膚，入住前都詢問了有沒有特殊需求，給床品做了除蟎處理，非常人性化的是24小時外賣隨時幫助送到房間，管家飲品的話有茶、咖啡的類型，也是隨叫隨時送到房間，省去了自己沖泡的麻煩。所有工作人員都很專業，服務一流，也感謝禮賓部韓文喜優質的服務，之後回長沙一定會繼續回來入住。
