服務特別到位，有啥需求喊一聲就來，我隨口説行李重，他們就介紹免費寄去機場的服務，試了下真靠譜，到機場直接取。衞生沒挑的，房間每天打掃，換下來的垃圾及時清，衞生間玻璃門一點水漬沒有，洗漱台乾乾淨淨。設施夠用，空調聲音小不吵，牀頭櫃有USB口充電方便，床睡得也舒服。環境位置好，去地鐵站騎車3分鐘，去哪都方便，性價比超高！

酒店也還行，服務也還行，設施也還行，衞生也還行，服務非常的熱情，就在市中心去哪裡都很方便，旁邊就是嶽麓山和橘子洲，文和友也在旁邊，還可以免費寄存行李和寄送行李去高鐵站和機場

服務非常好，很貼心。地理位置絕佳，下樓往前走2分鐘就是坡子街，再往前走5分鐘就是黃興路步行街，解放西，國金中心都是一個路口的距離。文和友就在酒店同個大廈（海信廣場）內。步行5分鐘就到對面，即湘江邊，步行10分鐘可達杜甫江閣。酒店步行10分鐘可達2.號線湘江中路站，地鐵一站路即到達橘子洲頭和五一廣場。對了，坡子街派出所就在樓下。海信廣場內還有小朋友喜歡的zoolung動物園。總而言之，吃喝玩樂、網紅打卡地都在樓下及附近，凌晨逛坡子街的願望達成。
酒店服務不錯，需要拖鞋衣架等隨時會提供。房間內就有洗衣機，晾衣架，服務人員還會貼心幫助烘乾衣服。適合旅遊出差的衣物換洗。房間也很大，熱水充足，水量大。
來長沙打卡住這個酒店挺不錯。

服務真沒話説，很熱情，辦理入住時特意講了寄行李去機場的流程，第二天趕早班機輕鬆多了。衞生乾淨得沒話説，房間裏的桌面擦得鋥亮，連垃圾桶都套了兩層袋，換下來的東西及時清走。設施不錯，WiFi快得能追劇，充電插座多，床的軟硬度剛好，睡得香。環境出行超方便，樓下就有共享單車，在湘江旁邊騎車很舒服，周邊吃的也多，太順了！

這家酒店性價比絕了！服務特別好，服務員都很親切，我退房時趕高鐵，他們主動説可以寄行李，不用拖着箱子跑，太懂出行人的痛了。衞生放心，房間裏的床單被罩像新換的，沒有頭髮絲，衞生間的洗漱用品擺得整齊，看着舒服。設施挺新，電視屏幕大，洗澡水壓足，還有免費礦泉水。環境出行方便，有直達高鐵站的地鐵，走路到商圈15分鐘，晚上也熱鬧不吵，住得舒心！
